Get A Grip it’s gonna be a wild ride.

So, the ship starts to sink and all the money goes to different countries? or, To con others out of their money? I never thought that the economy would be as volatile, as it appears. It’s worse than other recessions. The businesses of 500+ got out of Dodge back in the 80′s, now, we bought into it and bought the cheaper stuff from China. we all do it still. Like going to Walmart, like lambs to slaughter. Do you think this wasn’t planned?.

A socio- economic cleansing. I’ve termed the events I’ve observed in the last 10 years, I don’t like being right either. In this case ie, the fate of the free world. strike that, just world, not just either, OK the World,,,,,,,,, could it be that the world is gonna end in 2012 whata trip, like the movie, Woody Harrelson didn’t mind.

Debt or death of the American economy

Scanned image of author's US Social Security card.

Ha, Again with the drama, gotta love the talking points. Are we as clueless as Dennis Miller says? Maybe Dennis Miller and Bill Maher could do a bit, may not be pretty but, we all would learn something.

Any damn fool knows that you can’t spend more than you make for long. Notice the last 2 words in the last sentence is a disclaimer “for long”  how long? , The bill of Rights? says, we are created equal. Means, that the sperm that got through the egg we were equal then. The interpretation of  ”created”, being a disclaimer words like “for long” . Do we have equal rights to an education? to a fair standard of living? These are the demons that plague us. Many of us find solace, in placing blame. waste of time yes. However, if we are taken in by the anger it brings up in us. the deception works and we are fooled, a smoke screen and smoke and mirrors, caught us looking the other way.

What is a debt ceiling anyway? I guess it’s a way of saying if we spend higher than the ceiling, money will be harder to pay back in the future . interpretation of the facts can always spawn different views of any subject. This is the most simple difficult problem to overcome, just get on the freaken same page, meaning, we all need to go in the same direction. We are at WAR, after all, we’re told it everyday. Rationing, recycling get serious about our country.

Spending cuts just sound like a good idea, there’s a down side to that. I don’t understand, why taxes and loopholes are not  utilized.  Does that mean that congress will get paid less and have to buy their own health insurance. Will the thousands of government contractors, that make billions of dollars will charge less for goods and services, not on your or my life. The fact is anyone who has a clue, as Dennis Miller alludes to, is screwing every dime they can out of anyone, state, federal doesn’t matter long as the money gets spent on them. Funny thing though, when the fan hits the poop, many of the so-called conservatives  will be on the same bread line as me only because they believe that spending cuts will create jobs. oops, NOT……. it will provide more money for an exit strategy. In Fact,  Jobs or the lack there of, is not the problem, the problem is, Businesses don’t want to train or add overhead to expand a venture when it wants to suck it dry and save it for when land and property gets cheap. We the people of the United States are being had by the Republican Congress that want to insure administration change in 2012. and to further the values of the republican party. Just to remind anyone who may have forgotten the Bush tax Cuts how did that work out for us? We are the lambs being led to a lower standard of living, declining life spans, increasing  dysfunctional families, decreasing quality of life to name a few of the results of the plan the GOP has in store for us losers but wait there’s more, the excuse of the lie we’ve been told: we eat to much junk food. I was listening to a commentator on Fox, describing the differences in the two parties and that the ideology of the GOP, didn’t want the Government to dole out entitlements to the needy they wanted to spend and give their own  money so, in a nut shell admittedly we’ve entered into the realm of serfdom.  Besides slavery the next best thing, is serfdom see how that works out for ya.

Solutions or part of the problem. Social Security solution or problem? FDR, one of the greatest presidents, knew it was a solution. Medicare? Imagine our country without the safety nets.   Do we need socialized healthcare? I know we do. People are being dooped into thinking that their care would suffer if we prefered universal healthcare and what’s surprising is that as advanced as were supposed to be in the healthcare industry. The drugs are controlled by a formulary basically controlled by insurance and drug companies CEO’s. They care about keeping their positions and answering to the shareholders.

Amazing what us lambs are willing to endure until, we are pushed to far. I pray our elected leaders get it.  Kicking the can down the road, sounds fun, the problem were at the end of the road. If the unemployment was the real problem. a solution could be, just have every entity except the government hire 5%of their work force= 105% so all who wanted to work could find a job, sell an electric car for 10,000.00, freeze commodity prices although the stock market couldn’t screw as many people, other wise inflation would cause a problem. causing more job losses. We’re at war . My point here is, that when you poke a bear, it might get nasty, people have a limit too. Like the bear, although we’re not violent we can retaliate by not buying cokes, or existing on 3 bananas a day people pushed too far will respond in ways that hasn’t been observed in 4 generations in the US . The Grand Old Party thinks it can get away with their  agenda another 14 years  until the middle class is gone and the labor pool is desperate.

What does fairshare and greed have in common? A line in the sand? An Ideaology, maybe motivated by fear. Power over others to dominate. Maybe it’s why we all flock to Walmart.

Fear motivates me to voice my opinion. I feel the signs of imminent economic depression  closing in and we continue to play the blame game.  Pretty freaking DUMB.

The real solution for our dilemma is the human condition and just what we will have the stomach to put up with. I suggest the U.S. Corporations  create about 4 million US  jobs real soon. I don’t expect that business will do anything that will help  President Obama.

Steinberg CI2

Natural minor Scales

Image via Wikipedia

Just bought a Steinberg CI2 interface to learn music editing.  I did, (and for me) an extensive search, for the best bang for the buck and decided on this product. So, I’ll keep you posted on the progress with this endeavor. meanwhile, I’m bogged down in the pits on learning major and minor scales on the guitar and jingle bells on the piano. The keyboard I have is a YPT-220 with midi connections. I have a USB connector for it but as yet haven’t figured it out yet! Anyway back to the CI2, I liked the feature on it called production assistant.  The sustain switch for the keyboard is the same as the foot switch for the CI2, for hands free start record stop. more on the progress later.

Just, frustrating getting know where fast. I’d swear that it gets harder to learn and retain something as learned, the older I get somehow, I find it’s true. I guess, time goes by faster the older I get and time flies by. anyway, does this happen to everybody or just me?.

Deficit and debt increases 2001-2008

Image via Wikipedia

Shared from: Leo Burkett

I’ve been using this analogy for quite a while, and I’d like to share it here.

The deficit is not about “money out.” The Elite and their media mouth pieces have a done a great job in selling this lie to us, but any deficit is less about “mon…ey out” than it is about “money in.”

We might just as well say that driving the car caused it to run out gas.True- driving the car uses up the fuel, but only an idiot doesn’t understand that the tank needs to be refilled.

Lately, the car has been driven a lot, the TARPS, the bail outs, and the military budget (over fifty percent of total tax income) have used up almost the whole tank. In any sane economic model, it should be understood that “money in” is in order.

Here’s the problem: We closed the door in that revenue resource. We have allowed the richest of the rich to continue not paying their fair share of taxes, and we have allowed multi-national corporations that earn billions of dollars not to pay any taxes at all.

Now we are being told that the only way to keep driving the car is to lighten load- dismantle the car. Who needs the horn? Get rid of the tires.
